Dutch architect Rem Koolhass proposed this cool design for the flag of the European Union. The barcode look and stripes of color are brilliant, creating a look of unity as creating and celebrating the diversity of European Union nations. It reminds me a lot of the lateral view of the central flag cone from the Expo 92 display at the Avenida de Europa on the Cartuja Island in Seville.
